Sabic Geleen

In 2023, Waco was commissioned by the industrial construction industry to manufacture concrete prefab elements for the PPF-6 project at the Chemelot Geleen Polypropylene factory.The construction has a height of 58 metres and a diameter of 25 metres. The construction needed to be delivered fast with smart connections between the prefab elements, ensuring a temporary and permanent solution at the same time. A total of 44 walls for the light well were provided, 57 beams with various cross-sections, 23 rectangular columns with a cross-section of 1200 mm, 4 rectangular columns with a cross-section of 800 mm and 7 columns with a cross-section of 900 mm.
